Refund Policy

General Rule — No Refunds on Digital Goods
Because all products sold by Crunchy Vault are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final by default. Once a product has been delivered to your account, we are unable to offer a refund except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
This policy exists because digital products — unlike physical goods — cannot be “returned.” Once credentials, keys, or currencies are delivered they have been consumed. We appreciate your understanding.
When a Refund May Be Considered
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case by our admin team. The following situations may qualify:
- You were charged but your order was never delivered and our team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
- You received a product that was significantly different from what was described.
- A technical error on our end caused a duplicate charge on the same order.
- The product key or credential delivered was already used or invalid and cannot be replaced.
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- You changed your mind after the product was successfully delivered.
- You purchased the wrong product — please double-check before buying.
- You forgot to use the product before it expired (where applicable).
- Your account was banned or restricted by the third-party platform (this is outside our control).
- A payment dispute filed directly with your bank without first opening a support ticket with us.
- Products clearly marked as non-refundable on the product page.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies under the exceptions above, you must open a support ticket within 72 hours of your purchase. Include your order ID and a clear description of the issue. Our admin team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Refund requests submitted after 72 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
